Fees $0.04/bushel/month through September 30, 2010. Charges will be figured on a per day basis and will be deducted from final settlement or basis fixed advance.
Duration If not priced by September 30, 2010, drying and price later charges must be paid before the bushels are converted to the new program available at the time.

Quantity We reserve the right to limit total quantity in the program
Note Price Later Contract is protected under the North Dakota Credit Sale contract indemnity fund, and is subject to those fees
